Job Overview Looking for a fun first job (or a flexible one that fits school, sports, and life)? eegee’s Store Crew members are the heart of our stores — especially in our fast-moving drive-thru. You’ll help create great guest experiences, prep delicious food and drinks, and keep the store clean and running smoothly. No experience needed — we’ll train you! What You’ll Do As a Store Crew Member, you’ll rotate through different stations and work as part of a team to keep things moving fast and friendly: * Greet guests with a smile and provide upbeat service at the counter and drive-thru * Take orders accurately and efficiently, including suggestive selling and upselling (don’t worry — we’ll show you how) Keep the drive-thru moving by multitasking, communicating clearly, and staying organized during rushes * Prepare food and drinks following eegee’s recipes and quality standards * Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and batch machines to make eegee’s frozen drinks * Prep ingredients by washing, cutting, and measuring food items * Assemble and hand out orders, making sure everything looks great and is correct * Stock supplies and rotate products to keep everything fresh * Keep the store clean and safe, including workstations, equipment, dining areas, and drive-thru areas * Jump in to help teammates whenever needed — teamwork is a big deal here * Let a manager know if equipment isn’t working properly * Take on other tasks that help the store run smoothly What We’re Looking For * Friendly, positive attitude — being nice matters here! * Willingness to learn and try new things * Ability to handle more than one task at a time (especially during busy drive-thru rushes) * Good communication and teamwork skills * Basic math skills (nothing scary — just counting change and quantities) * Ability to follow recipes and food safety rules * Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently Minimum Requirements * Guest service skills (experience is a plus, but not required) * Must have a current Food Handler’s Card Physical Requirements * Standing and moving for most of your shift (breaks included) * Working around hot equipment, cold freezers, and loud noises * Lifting up to 50 lbs * Using your hands, arms, and legs a lot — bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout your shift * Staying focused and alert in a fast-paced environment Why Work at eegee’s? * Flexible scheduling that works around school * Competitive pay with opportunities for raises * Free meals during shifts/discounted meals when you’re not working * Fun team environment and supportive managers * Opportunities to learn new skills and grow with the company
