Your Opportunity: To effectively project manage store builds and refurbishments in a timely and cost effective manner across all regions. The role will be responsible for Construction start to end, external consultants, Capex management, Maintenance & Compliance of all existing & new stores in portfolio. Playing a key in market role to support store opening / upgrade business strategy. Establishing and maintaining a program for the rollout works in existing & new markets; Reporting and management of Lovisa new store schedule / task management platforms published weekly. Management of team / site meetings with contractors to accurately control the works to meet the program, budget and expected quality of fit out Oversee all tenders and contract bids. Ensuring all works are executed and completed strictly in accordance with the design and construction intent of the drawings and the Scope of Works for each site. Ensuring the Laws, compliance, and all the regulations, ordinances or requirements of Authorities that have jurisdiction over the Works are fully complied with; Receiving, addressing and sign off all subcontractors invoices, claims for variance etc. as may be appropriate and in a timely manner. Arranging, attending and reporting on all “practical” and “final” completion inspections and prepared and distribute certificates as appropriate. Ensuring defects inspection of all works & to be rectified within 14 days; Liaise all milestones and approvals with Shopping Centre Management & Landlords. Management and oversight of Repairs and Maintenance of all existing stores. Consulting with key support departments weekly to achieve timelines ( Store Dev / IT / Logistics/ leasing) All other projects as directed by the Head of Global Store Development We are looking for the below skillset and experience: Demonstrated ability to manage the financial operations of a business unit Good understanding of retail concepts and processes Excellent implementation skills Ability to quickly grasp an understanding of Lovisa products and Lovisa processes Financial, written and verbal literacy Strong Leadership skills Change Management skills Ability to motivate a team Ability to work in a team environment under pressure Computer literacy in all Microsoft office programs including excel Lovisa Benefits: Enjoy these perks when you join Lovisa!
