SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Demonstrated experience in a conceptual retail design or interior design (with expertise in fashion, pop ups or events)
  • Proficiency in design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering programs
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements and retail safety standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders
  • A high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities

We are seeking a visionary Store Design Creative Manager to lead the conceptual design and evolution of our Cotton On retail environments.
Reporting directly to the General Manager – Brand Operations, this role requires an experienced conceptual retail designer or interior designer with expertise in fashion, pop ups or events who will be responsible for creating immersive brand experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial success.
In this role you will be responsible for setting and governing store design guidelines, ensuring global consistency across markets and alignment with our brand DNA, VM systems, and commercial goals. Through research, mood boards, visual storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, you will elevate the in-store experience and bring the Cotton On brand to life in physical spaces
