Position Summary:
Job Title: In-Store Experience Designer
Duration: 06+ months contract (Possibility of Extension)

Job Description:
In the role, you will be responsible for designing and producing signage for our partner Merchants.
You will additionally be conducting tests to help set up new Merchants for our loyalty program.
This is primarily a remote role with some requirements to be on-site at a corporate office.
Additionally, the role may require travel to a merchant less than once per quarter.
About the Role:
This role will be working closely with our restaurants across the country to understand their business requirements, optimize their product usage, check in with them on a recurring basis to gather product feedback, ensure their needs are met, and minimize churn risks.
This role will focus on production and design of in-store signage and conducting tests at our partner stores. This role operates for 40 hours a week, on average.

You have 2-4+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibilities
You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher (or commensurate work experience)
You have experience with Figma and other common design tools
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are comfortable working with technical products and hardware
You have experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
