We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Director to lead our retail team. As the Store Director, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales management, inventory control, and team development. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or as an Assistant Manager with supervisory experience.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in retail math, inventory control, and merchandising principles.
• Experience with training & development of staff members.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies relevant to retail environments.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

• Lead and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
