Job Description We are seeking a Store Executive with prior experience in stores/warehouse operations within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in inventory management and must be proficient in Tally or QuickBooks or Focus. Handle day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, and maintaining stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates in the system. Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock reconciliation. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams regarding material requirements. Ensure proper storage, identification, and tagging of materials. Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for stock handling. Monitor re-order levels and raise timely requisitions. Prepare periodic stock reports (daily/weekly/monthly). Manage inward/outward material documentation and ensure compliance. Track spare parts, consumables, packing materials, and critical components used in lyophilizer manufacturing. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store area. Support annual/quarterly audit requirements. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Store Executive/Store Assistant in a manufacturing setup (preferably engineering, machinery, pharma equipment, or similar industry). Good knowledge of inventory management processes. Experience in Tally / QuickBooks / Focus (any one is mandatory). Understanding of GRN, stock ledger, material planning, and issuance. Hands-on experience in physical verification and stock audits. Basic understanding of engineering components, spares, and consumables (added advantage). Proficient in MS Excel for reporting. Additional Information Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / Diploma / Any relevant field).
