JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Floor Supervisor to oversee daily operations on the sales floor of our hypermarket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to store management.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).
• Proven experience in retail supervision, preferably in a hypermarket or supermarket setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist customers, address complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, properly labeled, and products are merchandised attractively.
