Overview:
Join our team as a Store Host and be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with an exceptional boutique experience.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome in a timely manner
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Assess guest needs and provide assistance and information on Tricia’s Treasures products
- Maintain sales floor visual merchandising and restock product as needed
- Work as a team player
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Experience in guest relations preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of retail procedures is a plus
- Phone etiquette skills to handle incoming calls professionally
- Positive attitude
