Store In Charge (Assistant Manager – Grade B3)

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Main Duties :

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, guaranteeing the proper receiving, handling, and storage of industrial materials.

• Track stock levels, execute accurate cycle counts, and maintain real-time inventory records to prevent supply bottlenecks.

• Provide direct leadership and scheduling oversight to a team of subordinate storekeepers, ensuring strict compliance with safety codes.

• Record, file, and audit all documentation regarding incoming raw materials and outgoing freight shipments.

• Navigate corporate ERP software setups for inventory tracking, digital reporting, and cross-departmental supply reconciliations.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Professional Background: Robust background running inventory management, material control, or industrial warehouse operations, preferably inside a manufacturing plant layout.

• Technical Savvy: High competency utilizing ERP logistics systems and implementing standard stock control frameworks.
