Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the project store, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of project materials and equipment related to IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) projects such as CCTV, CFS, ACS. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure proper documentation and reporting. Monitor and control stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory. Supervise store staff, oversee storing, handling, and dispatch of materials as per project requirements. Coordinate with the project execution team for timely supply of materials to site. Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols within the store premises. Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding the delivery and quality of materials. Support asset and equipment tracking for IBMS-related goods. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 10+ years of experience as Store Incharge/Store Manager, preferably in IBMS environment (CCTV, CFS, ACS). Strong background in handling stores for technology or construction/electronic systems. Knowledge of store management systems, ERP, inventory control, and documentation procedures. Familiarity with IBMS products, components, and project requirements. Excellent organizational, supervisory, and communication skills. Attention to detail with the ability to manage large inventories efficiently. Other Details: Type: Contractual role, Location: Dholera Immediate joining preferred.
