Job Title: Store Keeper and Inventory Controller
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Department: Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Reporting To: Director
Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Occasional Sundays based on dispatch requirements)
Office Timings: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Gender Preference: Male
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner
Accommodation: Provided (shared, within same location)

JOB SUMMARY:

The Store Keeper and Inventory Controller will be responsible for managing inventory, warehousing, dispatch planning, and container loading. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive coordination with logistics teams, and the ability to ensure high standards in inventory accuracy and timely deliveries.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory control, store management, and dispatch.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and inventory systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate stock records using Tally and MS Excel.
  • Perform daily and monthly stock counts and resolve discrepancies within two days.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
