Roles & Responsibilities

To manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials in the store while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring proper handling and documentation of materials.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials as per delivery documents. Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain stock records. Maintain proper storage and identification of materials in the store. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials. Maintain inventory records and update system or manual registers. Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements. Ensure housekeeping and safety standards within the store area. Assist in stock verification and inventory audits.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in fabrication, construction, or industrial environment. Basic knowledge of inventory control, material identification, and record maintenance; computer knowledge preferred.
