As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to oversee inventory management, receiving, and issuing of goods. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations across our multi-outlet restaurants, premium bars, and events spaces. Who We're Looking For You are a meticulous and organized professional with strong knowledge of inventory control, procurement support, and stock management in the hospitality industry. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Storekeeper or in inventory control in a 4 or 5-star hotel (or equivalent hospitality setting). Diploma or certificate in Procurement, Stores Management, or Accounting preferred. Proficiency in inventory systems (e.g., Materials Control, Micros, Sun Systems, or similar). Strong knowledge of receiving procedures, stock rotation (FIFO), par levels, and variance reporting. High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and proactively with other departments. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices. Maintain accurate inventory records in the system, ensuring stock levels are updated in real time. Issue materials and supplies to various departments while following proper documentation processes. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts, highlighting variances and reporting discrepancies. Monitor and maintain par stock levels for all items to avoid shortages or overstocking. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) to minimize spoilage and expiry. Support the Cost Controller in preparing variance reports, consumption reports, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures in stores management. Safeguard the store area, ensuring cleanliness, security, and proper organization at all times.
