We’re looking for a dedicated permanent part-time Store Lead to join our location at the Barrhaven Store. As a Store Lead, you’ll create a fun and engaging experience for parents and children by delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll collaborate with the team and take ownership in driving store success, profitability, and growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One to two years of previous retail supervisor level experience required. Other supervisory experience considered.
• Retail business knowledge; sales, service
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional quality customer focused sales assistance, interest in Mastermind Toys product line.
• Strong & clear verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma required. College preferred.
• Proficiency using business, POS, and inventory software.
