OVERVIEW  Great Escapes RV Resorts is a growing company specializing in acquisition, development, and management of RV Resorts throughout the United States. Our leaders serve a diverse sector of the RV resort / hospitality industry. We are seeking individuals who possess the skills and interest to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team.  Our store leader will oversee the store’s performance and will have strong customer service skills. You should also have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the store's products and services.  ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS  * Assist store leadership in effectively leading, managing and developing store and/or department operations and associates to maximize sales and profitability. * Assist in handling of cash, counting daily, making change, and making bank deposits if needed.  * Assist in addressing complaints and resolving problems * Communicate and execute all company standards  * Daily communication with Store management  * Responsible for daily set ups and seasonal floor sets  * Ability to operate all register functions * Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the resort by organizing displays, stocking shelves, lift heavy objects  QUALIFICATIONS  * Retail experience strongly preferred * Disciplined self-starter, ability to influence, lead and collaborate * Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software * Prior retail or face-to-face sales and customer service experience  PHYSICAL DEMANDS  This position is a physically active position. Employees are regularly required to stand and walk. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
