Description ABOUT THIS ROLE: We are looking for an experienced candidate within retail management and sales environment which include: Supervision of register efficiency, time management skills, strong knowledge of merchandise, implement policies and procedures and have a thorough understanding of the elements that drive retail operations profitability. Strong work ethic and ability to handle non-stop and sometimes intense work load. Exceptional customer service skills that include being able to balance customer concerns and teammate questions in a fast pace environment with a calm demeanor. Managing and delegating volunteers and co-workers responsibility. Light Experience with Microsoft office and Excel programs. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Store Operations Supervise floor activity and continuous stocking Cash Handling Assisting multiple guests and their concerns with a helpful attitude Ability to communicate with Manager of needs daily and/or teammate disciplinary action Cleanliness of store and counter Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Processing and Sales Management background preferred. Working Conditions: Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift 50lbs
