As a 92º Store Team Leader, You take individual ownership of your store and its team, they are your focus and their continued development is your path to success. You will work closely and collaboratively with your peers across the company, developing strong inter-store relationships. The energy and vibe of your store are nearly as crucial as your core performance metrics and audit results. You are a capable operator, with good organisational skills and have a strong understanding of people, customer service and business operations
