What You’ll Do: As a Store Leader, you will be the driving force behind your store’s success. You will: Lead by example with outstanding customer service. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members. Analyze reports, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth. Manage merchandising, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Troubleshoot transaction issues and ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service. Promote a culture of accountability, honesty, and financial responsibility. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment. Minimum of 3 years in retail management. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Analytical skills to identify trends and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities. Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
