We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join the team at our Lorna Jane Whitford location.
Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
As the Store Manager, you’ll lead the way in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving team development, and overseeing all visual merchandising and operational functions to achieve store targets and exceed KPIs.

Day in the Life

  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI’s.
  • Recruit, train, grow future leaders, we ‘re all about promoting from within!
  • Keep the store running smoothly with sharp operation, visuals and stock management skills.
  • Build smart rosters that support trading hours and team balance.
