WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and team coordination
  • Create a clean, engaging, and welcoming store environment that reflects our brand values
  • Consistently drive sales performance, meet and exceed revenue targets, and maximize profitability
  • Inspire, coach, and support your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct performance check-ins and provide ongoing feedback for growth and development
  • Execute strategic initiatives to grow sales and customer engagement
  • Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and minimize product shrinkage
  • Oversee POS system transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold our standards of excellence
