Salary: $17.50-$19/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus. What We're Looking For: Motivated individuals with supervisory experience Passion for pets and customer service Leadership skills to support the Store Manager Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends Key Responsibilities: Supervise and direct team members Assist customers with excellent service Maintain store presentation and merchandising Support marketing and promotional efforts Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care Qualifications: Minimum two years of customer service experience At least one year of retail supervisory experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Join us in making a difference for pets and their owners!
