As an Associate, you will be the main point of contact for and manage maintenance related activities and vendors for an assigned region of stores. This job is located at our EMEA Home Office London, England. What Will You Be Doing? · Maintain company standards for the appearance and operation of stores · Conduct store audits and effectively identify maintenance concerns · Manage various work order and audit reports for assigned region and trades · Manage vendors to A&F performance and quality expectations · Work with team on the development and function of maintenance programs · Assist with creation and management of maintenance budgets · Develop process improvements with focus on efficiency, effective communication and spend reduction · Manage execution of assigned brand and construction projects including roll outs, remodels, new stores, and closings. · Collaborate with and maintain positive working relationships with cross-functional partners for stores in assigned region (Store Operations, Asset Protection, Health & Safety, Real Estate, etc.) What Do You Need To Bring? · Bachelor’s degree or related experience · Experience in retail maintenance or facilities management experience in a multi-site setting · Relevant technical knowledge of general maintenance/ facilities management and ability to manage trade personnel · Strong vendor management and negotiation skills · Willingness to learn and develop technical background · Strong organization and time management skills · Must be extremely detail oriented and have the ability to work and learn independently · Ability to work with a sense of urgency to identify, research and resolve issues · Exceptional communication skills to deal with a variety of audiences · Ability to travel 3-4 days with overnight stays a few times each month · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Project Our Company Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer of apparel and accessories catering to kids through millennials with assortments curated for their specific lifestyle needs.
