Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by setting and maintaining high standards for product quality, presentation, and customer interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are prepared according to established recipes. Conduct regular quality checks and cleanings on ice cream machines and equipment. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Identify and nurture talent within the team for potential advancement. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.
