We are looking for a Store Manager in London Northcote Road, 32-40 hours. What our Store Managers do Lead with energy and purpose by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive in-store atmosphere. Recruit, onboard, and train to build a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and excellent customer care. Drive performance by tracking KPIs and supporting the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team. Manage daily operations by handling scheduling, inventory, and ensuring efficient workflows. Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise. Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, carrying out precise adjustments, and cutting lenses to specification. What we offer £35,550 – 51,000 per year based on full-time, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached. Salary offered within this range depends on experience. Time to recharge with 28 days of holiday entitlement, increasing up to 33 days after two years of service based on full-time employment.
