Key Responsibilities: · Lead, inspire, and develop an empathetic team that delivers needs-led, compliant customer consultations · Create a welcoming, inclusive store environment where customers feel heard, supported, and confident in their choices · Role model Healthspan’s advisory approach, ensuring guidance is accurate, clear and always compliant · Build long-term customer relationships and a sense of community · Set clear performance expectations and support the team to achieve targets in a responsible, compliant and service led way over a “sales” approach · Train and coach team members to be credible, trusted advisors through expert product knowledge and a detailed customer journey. · Drive expert product knowledge across an intricate range and a regulated sector · Act as a Healthspan ambassador, representing the brand with professionalism, warmth, and integrity The Role: The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in bringing the Healthspan mission to life at a store level. You are a trusted presence for customers and colleagues, leading with integrity, empathy, and professionalism. You will support build and develop a high-performing team that delivers outstanding, compliant customer experiences, grounded in trust and genuine care. Through strong leadership and operational excellence, you will drive sustainable performance while fostering a loyal customer base and an engaged in-store community. About You: · Proven experience as a SM – ideally 2 years · Experienced in environments that have intricate product ranges and detailed customer journeys · Comfortable leading meaningful, sometimes sensitive customer conversations with empathy and maturity · Strong understanding of compliance and the importance of delivering guidance responsibly · A natural relationship-builder who earns trust through credibility and consistency · Genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and helping people make informed choices · Values loyalty both to your team and to the communities you serve · Calm, considered leadership style with the ability to inspire confidence in others Interview Process: If you are shortlisted for the position the hiring manager will arrange an informal telephone screening to discuss your affinity with the sector and share how much opportunity there is within Healthspan.
