Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team in St. Catharines, ON. As Branch Manager, you will work under the direction of the Regional Manager. You will manage a team, oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that exceptional customer service is delivered while meeting corporate objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Retail Management:
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience and building customer loyalty;
  • Monitoring automotive inventory and making recommendations for adjustments;
  • Collaborating with the local marketing team and responding to specific customer needs;
  • Carrying out transactions related to the sale of used vehicles;
  • Managing the merchandising of the branch (tires, battery, liquids, etc.);
  • Production management:
  • Ensuring smooth daily operations of the site;
  • Actively participating in site operations;
  • Workforce Management:
  • Mobilizing and empowering your work teams;
  • Conducting interviews and making final hiring decisions;
  • Conducting quarterly performance review meetings with employees;
  • Managing work schedules;
  • Identifying and developing potential talent to create succession;
  • Other:
  • Managing financial and material resources;
  • Ensuring the maintenance and management of the building
  • Monitoring performance indicators (KPI), developing and implementing strategies and action plans to achieve objectives
