We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Store Manager to oversee our daily operations and lead a high-performing team.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory or management role within retail or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Knowledge of food safety practices and store operations
• Tertiary qualifications in commerce, retail, hospitality or a related field preferred

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Supervise, train, and support team members to maintain performance and service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Monitor staff rosters, attendance, and compliance with company procedures
• Ensure the store meets quality, hygiene, and safety standards
• Respond to customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Contribute to promotional initiatives and support local marketing strategies
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving profitability
