Destination Monro -Your Career is Here! Job Description Automotive Store Manager: Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience. This role includes a lucrative monthly bonus program on profitable sales. In addition, we have monthly sales contest! Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional customer service Drive sales performance and maximize product knowledge Manage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control Oversee technical aspects and assist with services/repairs Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Build customer relationships and address all customer needs Maintain technical proficiency through required training Automotive Technician: Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. Based on experience. $26 - $35Flat Rate.
