POSITION SUMMARY

The Store Manager Assistant supports the Store Manager in running a successful bakery café operation. This hands-on role focuses on leading team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while stepping in as acting manager when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisor experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
• Food Safety Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing duties
• Supervise and support team members across all departments (front counter, kitchen, baking, and barista)
• Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
• Help manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
• Support in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating team performance
• Maintain shift schedules and manage labor to meet budget targets
• Lead by example in upholding Paris Baguette’s values and service standards
