About the Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at London Super Sale. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our store’s success, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Efficiently managing staff rosters and shifts.
  • Training: Onboarding new team members and providing ongoing training.
  • Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory levels, pricing, and merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Inventory Receiving: Managing the receipt and organization of new stock.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing team to drive sales and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail store manager or key holder role.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Flexible and adaptable in various situations and when interacting with different personalities.

Schedule:
Full-time position requiring 40-50 hours per week, including weekends.
Additional Requirements:
Reliable transportation is necessary for punctuality and potential store needs.
