This is a high-car-count, $2M+ revenue store with a strong, established team already in place — the foundation is built. We need a leader who knows how to keep a great thing going and take it even further. What's in it for you: - Base salary $65–70K with bonus opportunity - The opportunity to lead a high-performing, experienced team - A busy, high-volume shop with the car count to back up your earning potential What you'll be doing (not all inclusive list): - Leading and developing a tenured team of skilled technicians - Delivering exceptional customer service that drives loyalty and repeat business - Managing daily shop operations and holding the team to a high standard - Driving revenue growth and managing store profitability - Utilizing shop management software (Tekmetric) and reporting tools to track performance; other duties as assigned. What we're looking for: - 2–3+ years of automotive service management experience - A sales-driven leader with a track record of growing revenue - Strong communicator who can motivate a team and build customer relationships - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Considering candidates in the San Angelo and Abilene markets.
