What You'll Do Lead daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow, top-quality service, and compliance with company standards. Manage and mentor team members - including technicians and service advisors - to achieve sales and service goals. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving. Monitor store performance metrics (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction) and take proactive steps to drive improvement. Manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting to meet profit goals. Maintain full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines. Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all areas of the store. What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in automotive service management or a related field. Proven success leading teams in a retail or service environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of automotive systems, service operations, and financial management. Valid driver's license required. ASE Service Consultant (C1) certification preferred. Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
