Job Description We are seeking a driven and motivated Store Manager to join our team, based at our Brunswick branch. As a Store Manager at Burson, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role, connecting our business, our people, and our customers. You’ll be responsible for bringing the store’s business plan to life—driving profitability, managing financial performance, and leading a high-performing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll coach and develop your employees, address performance gaps, and lead with Burson’s values at the core. You’ll champion Burson programs, inspire your team to get on board, and deliver strong commercial and customer outcomes for your store. Key Responsibilities Oversee day to day branch activities across sales, operations, administration & leadership. Manage store inventory, proactively controlling obsolete and overstocked items to maintain high product availability and consistently meet customer demand. Develop customer relationships & increase sales & branch profitability Management of branch employees – Parts Interpreters, Stores & Delivery Staff Take responsibility for OH & S compliance and ensure safety education is current Administrative functions, processing invoices/credits and warranties Saturday mornings as required Qualifications An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors) People leadership experience with the ability to engage with, and motivate team members to achieve branch targets and KPI’s Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail OH & S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy Experience with European vehicles would be highly regarded Current full drivers license Additional Information A competitive salary, fully maintained vehicle and KPI bonus Staff discounts across Bapcor business Long established, secure and growing business with career development opportunities A great team, culture and inclusive workplace Bapcor Limited is Australasia's leading provider of automotive aftermarket parts, accessories, equipment and services and is an ASX listed business.
