THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our coffee shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional coffee experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with consistency and care.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders.
• Perform administrative duties including scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and food safety standards.
• Lead and motivate a small team (1-2 part time staff), fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with the bakery team to showcase and promote fresh baked goods.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
