We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our Yonge Street team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in retail, enjoys working with people, and knows how to keep a store running smoothly while building a strong team culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate your team with clear direction and support.
  • Build and post weekly schedules.
  • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and train staff as needed.
  • Demonstrate brewing equipment confidently and retain product details to answer customer questions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Ensure the store is stocked, organized, clean, and guest-ready.
  • Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a positive store experience.

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.

The Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Shifts: Mix of weekdays and weekends (8–10 hours)
  • Location: Yonge Street, Toronto (in-person)
