What You’ll Do
- Champion the Belbin’s brand.
- Manage all phase of the day-to-day operation of the store to ensure growth and profitability
- Possess entrepreneurial skills to identify and develop opportunity to expand Belbin’s catering business
- Lead and develop high performance team members to ensure the delivery of an extraordinary customer service experience.
- Spearhead the procurement of new products.
- Ensure superior execution in both grocery and fresh departments.
- Monitor all key performance indicators to optimize efficiencies.
- Commit to following Company policies and procedures.
- Develop strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders – staff, customers, and vendors.
- Forge strong relationships with the community.

What Will Stand Out
- Business Degree/Business Diploma or High School
- 2–5 years of experience in retail management or a leadership role in a customer-focused environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,212.96-$66,813.37 per year
