What You’ll Do

  • Champion the Belbin’s brand.
  • Manage all phase of the day-to-day operation of the store to ensure growth and profitability
  • Possess entrepreneurial skills to identify and develop opportunity to expand Belbin’s catering business
  • Lead and develop high performance team members to ensure the delivery of an extraordinary customer service experience.
  • Spearhead the procurement of new products.
  • Ensure superior execution in both grocery and fresh departments.
  • Monitor all key performance indicators to optimize efficiencies.
  • Commit to following Company policies and procedures.
  • Develop strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders – staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Forge strong relationships with the community.

What Will Stand Out

  • Business Degree/Business Diploma or High School

Pay: $40,212.96-$66,813.37 per year
