• Ownership of all Scoop Shop operations including planning, rostering, day to day operational compliance, equipment maintenance, food safety, marketing and promotional execution, business development projects, and financial reporting.
• Manage the training, orientation, and development for all store employees.
• Manage the Scoop Shop budget, including sales projections, margin goals, operating expenses, and inventory requirements.
• Establish a motivating work environment that actively encourages and supports employee involvement.
• Implementation of all store policies and procedures.
• Develop and manage the in-store marketing plan and assist with local store marketing.
• Build and maintain strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the local community, internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
