REQUIREMENTS

• 8+ years in F&B management, with multi-store experience in the Middle East
• Expertise in HACCP, UAE Labour Law(probation, overtime, termination)
• Proficiency in POS systems (Micros/Toas) data analytics
• Fluency in English,Arabic is a plus
