As a Store Manager at Bensons for Beds, you’ll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top of your base salary and OTE, with additional monthly store bonus potential when your store achieves its target. As a Store Manager in your local store, you’ll bring your product knowledge, passion for customer service and leadership skills together to drive performance and create an outstanding experience for every customer.

You’ll still be hands-on and enjoy being out on the shop floor, helping customers discover the right products for their perfect night’s sleep. But you’ll also play a key role in leading, coaching and inspiring your team of Consultants to achieve their goals.
