Position Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of Berry Boo Açaí, including staff supervision, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. This role requires a motivated and organised individual with leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or food services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Recruit, train, roster, and supervise team members.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimise wastage.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for staff.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address any customer feedback or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, operational updates, and recommendations to the business owner.
  • Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and company policies are maintained at all times.
  • Support promotional activities and uphold Berry Boo Açaí’s brand values.

Selection Criteria

  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within hospitality, retail, or food services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety practices.
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
