Store Manager for a new Luxury Brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales performance, customer satisfaction, and staff training and development has experience in Clienteling . You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the Management Team in achieving store and KPI targets in order to meet the overall organizational objectives. Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
Oversee stock and store operations
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, in terms of designs, trends, quality-based issues, availability in order to provide excellent customer service.

QualificationsHigh school education or equivalent experience
Experience in Clienteling is a must
2+ years' store management experience
Customer centric with a positive attitude
Knowledge of changes in fashion trends
