Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of service. Lead, train, and mentor staff to ensure they provide exceptional service. Manage inventory levels and order supplies as necessary to maintain operations. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales growth. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports on sales, expenses, and profits. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
