YOUR JOB

As a Store Manager you are responsible for the smooth running of the shop and a key player in the success of the point of sale.

Your main tasks will be:

• Ensure your sales hotlines and supervise the store team in order to offer an unforgettable customer experience to our visitors;
• Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the store (cleanliness, stock, security);
• Manage schedules and the distribution of daily tasks;
• Ensure the reporting of sales and productivity figures;
• Participate in the initial and continuous training of salespeople and be a source of proposals for the continuous improvement of our service.
