An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full-time Retail Store Manager to manage our Bondi Womens retail store! Duties include;

• Ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store
• Ensure sales targets are met
• Reporting results as required
• Managing rosters, recruitment and development
• Leading from example providing customer’s with the ultimate Rip Curl customer experience
• With the support of your Regional Manager and wider People team you will be passionate about training and coaching your crew to ensure succession planning opportunities within your store and wider KMD Brands network
