POSITION SUMMARY

Own the customer experience, sales performance, and day-to-day operations at our Henderson store on N Garnett St. You’ll recruit, coach, and motivate a strong team; drive results in activations, upgrades, port-ins, add-a-lines, and accessory/protection attach; and keep the store clean, compliant, and ready to win every shift.

DRIVE SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

• Create a guest-first culture: warm greet, smart needs discovery, simple plan/device explanations.
• Consistently hit goals for activations, upgrades, port-ins, add-a-lines, accessory/protection attach, and retention.
• Own escalations and service recovery; follow up after complex issues.
• Encourage reviews and referrals; maintain a professional, welcoming environment.

TRAINING & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

• Keep a training calendar; ensure completion for new devices, plans, and promos.
• Cross-train associates on activations, ports, accessories, and service best practices.
