Order, receive and maintain inventory levels based on stores set PAR levels.
Complete monthly inventory counts.

Deal with concerns with employee performance through coaching and performance management techniques.
Ensure appropriate coverage of the store during regular business hours should an employee fail to show up for a shift that leaves the store in danger of not meeting customer expectations for service.
