WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Store Manager at Booster Juice, you’ll ensure seamless store operations during your shifts by deploying staff and delegating tasks to deliver the ultimate Booster Juice Experience. From providing exemplary customer service and quality products to maintaining a clean and safe store, you’ll be at the heart of our brand’s success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Staff Management: Recruit, select, and train employees to build a strong team.
• Scheduling: Create and maintain schedules that meet business needs while managing labor costs.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
• Personal Development: Foster growth opportunities for yourself and your team.
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll efficiently and accurately.
• Inventory Control: Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain optimal product levels.
• Performance Management: Set job expectations, monitor results, and provide feedback.
• Coaching and Discipline: Guide and develop your team while enforcing policies and procedures.
• Strategic Planning: Gather and analyze business data to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Financial Management: Forecast requirements, manage expenditures, and analyze variances.
• Quality Service: Maintain high standards of quality and customer service, resolving issues promptly.
• Communication: Keep your team informed about company and department updates.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to team success by achieving related results as needed.
