QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Previous experience in retail or food service in a restaurant setting.
• Passion for food, drinks, and customer service.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Responsible for maintaining open communication and onging training with team members.
• Ability to drive sales and meet KPIs.

• Oversee daily operations of the store including scheduling, sales, and customer service whilst regularly reporting to the area manager.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
• Help resolve customer issues and concerns.
• Be a part of the team and work with other stores as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work with integrity.
