Own the day-to-day presentation and inventory of the boutique, maintaining a beautifully curated environment alongside accurate stock management and efficient processes.
Drive commercial performance through clear sales strategies and goals, recognising opportunities to empower your team, strengthen sales and achieve consistent results.
Create thoughtful and memorable customer experiences, approaching every interaction with warmth and care and responding to feedback with empathy, professionalism and understanding.
