JOB SUMMARY:

As Co-Store Manager at Caffe valeria, you’ll support the owner and leadership team in daily operations, ensuring high customer service standards and smooth operations. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring inventory, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere of our Sicilian coffee shop. You will go on to specialise in one of two areas of operation, Health & Safety or Operations, once welcome training is complete.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or café management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for coffee and food, with basic food safety knowledge.
    Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible, including weekends and holidays.
