We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic Store Manager to join the team in Bury St Edmunds ……..The role is a full time, permanent position working 40 hrs per week between Monday and Sunday.
Your role will be to Motivate the team, drive the business & manage the profit & loss in the store..
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing a store a good working knowledge of modern gadgets such as mobile phones, tablets, PC’s and games consoles or previous experience working with jewellery.

Experience:

• Management: 2 years (required

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that sales goals are achieved and store operations are efficient.
• Manage employee performance and training.
• Conduct staff meetings and reviews.
• Be a role model and mentor staff.
• Be aware of any issues that arise in the store or with customers. Notify management of any concerns. Resolve any issues before they become problems for other employees or other parties.
  Experience: 2 years (Required)

  Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
